Why I love working at Greenway. Why we have the best customer service. What we mean when we say excellent customer service… We have a Hotel Client who needed custom printed and die cut door hanger menus on Fri, Jan. 24th, as they were having a big meeting with the hotel owners on Saturday. We designed the copy, proofed, corrected and ran the job. We were all set with production and the job was to be delivered on time on Friday afternoon. What we didn't count on was a trusted and long time partner was very ill and had to go home early with the job only partially finished. Linda in our sales service department left the office, picked up a friend who could operate the equipment, got the keys to the vendor's shop, did the finish work on the menus, and then by 9:00 at night on Friday, delivered the menus to the hotel. No one asked Linda to do this. It was just that she knows our vision of how Greenway Customers should feel when they are treated to the level of service we provide. Situations like this happen all the time in the print world. As much technology as we have around us, printing and decorating apparel is still an art form. It requires that people communicate, equipment functions, and relationships form. While we can not prevent all mishaps from happening, we can ensure that when they do, we are there to take care of our clients. That's why I love working at Greenway Print Solutions. And if you haven't had this same experience with your print or promotions provider, I ask that you give us a call. Let us show you what it feels like to be a Greenway Client.

A very large dermatology lab in New York asked me to quote on a sheet that provided the results of testing. Their volume was enough that they were having problems getting the right information to the right patient. I designed a form with a "integrated label ".
Now, they simply grab an envelope, peel off the label from the form, put it on the envelope and insert the form. Takes, seconds, saves thousands of dollars a year in labor and prevents the wrong customer getting the wrong form . Alan Chait, President & CEO I received a call from a biotech company. They were running letters and envelopes through their laser printer with information on tissue samples that they worked with. Each sample required individual information and the letter and envelope had to match . If they didn't match, the consequences could be great. I introduced them to a letter/envelope product that they run through the laser printer. The letter and envelope are printed in one pass and it completely eliminates the possibility of any mismatch . They were thrilled, have ordered it over and over and have sent their friendly competition to me to get the same product.
Alan Chait, President & CEO One of my largest customers calls me the miracle man. They were about to mail out 100,000 letters that had to be out on Friday by law. I found out on Wednesday that they were using first class permit envelopes because they had run out of presort standard envelopes. I was able to produce 100,000 window envelopes with their presort permit in two days. They got the mailing out on time and saved over $10,000 in postage which is several times the cost of the envelopes . Here's a situation where I essentially got my customer free envelopes and made them thousands of dollars at the same time. You can't beat that.
